Payment and refunds:

Payment will be sent strictly through PayPal (usually through PayPal.me) The payment shall be sent before the beginning of a commission but if the commissioner feels its necessary, they can send half the payment before the sketching process and the rest after the sketch has been sent.

There will be no refunds if the commission is finished. If there is a decision to cancel the commission at the sketching stage, 60% ill be refunded, while if canceled at the line-art stage 50% will be refunded.

Deadlines:

Deadlines are accepted if the commission is due a month later. So for birthday gifts/ Christmas gifts etc please hit me up about a month before your deadline.

Commission refusal: 

I can refuse your commission if what you request exceeds my skills or if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter. If for any reason I have to cancel a commission, a full refund will be given to the commissioner.

Commission revisions:

When the sketching process is finished, I will send you the sketch in case you want something changed or fixed.

If you dislike the initial sketch completely, I can re-do it but no more than once. (for further full resketches more than once there will be a fee) If you change your mind about something during the coloring/ line-art stage and it's a simple detail like adding freckles/ adding a scar then I will do it. But please be mindful that I won't be able to do big changes like changing hairstyles/ clothing pieces after the sketching stage.

 

Commercial use and personal use: 

The prices for my commissions are for personal use purposes, but if you'd like a drawing for commercial use (for example album covers that will be sold, shirt designs, etc) you can always ask me!

Of course, you can share your commission to your social media at any point as long as credit is given and there's no profit made.

Acceptable character descriptions:

I don't mind if you don't have a drawing of your character, as long as you clearly explain their appearance to me. Any reference or inspiration images will help me a lot, as well as mood boards, etc.
